I may have a photo treat for you later in the day if I can get a photo of the elusive ghost squirrel. That’s right. You heard me. Ghost squirrel. The ghost squirrel escaped my camera yesterday, but I will go searching again today.

I took the day off work to take Wembley-do to the vet and well, to just have a day off. I am super excited to give candy to the kiddies tonight. We don’t usually give out candy for some scroogy reason. But that will change, starting this year…

Did you hear Sufjan Stevens’ song “John Wayne Gacy, Jr.” on last night’s episode of Nip/Tuck?

The song was appropriate since they were dismantling body parts. Nip/Tuck is always good with the use of music, but I did not think I would ever hear Sufjan Stevens on the show.

I am working on several things all at once. I tend to get bored easily, so several different projects help to keep my attention.

I am five rows short of finishing the Felted Laptop Case in AlterKNITS. I have been working on this for a loooong time. I will have a whole lot of ends to weave in so it might be a while still before it is felted.

I was knitting the Sophie Bag pretty quickly, but I messed up. I realized my mistake rather late in the process so the yarn was ripped out today. I will be starting all over, but here is what it looked like pre frogging:
